The BBC’s know-how reporter Cody Godwin has been “sheltering in place” in San Francisco since 16 March, as a result of unfold of coronavirus.

So, to liven up her lockdown, she invited some robots over to supply some leisure and training.

There was even a robot designed to entertain Bogart, her Labrador.

The robots are designed to assist with video calls, educate coding and entertain people and animals – however as she discovered, they don’t seem to be with out their flaws.
